I provide ongoing support to customers who have bought bespoke software or websites from me, covering updates, fixes, and small changes as the business evolves. I'll also consider supporting existing software and websites built elsewhere, where I'm confident I can look after them properly.
What I cover
- Content updates and small additions to brochure websites.
- Adjustments to bespoke software when your business processes change.
- Server upkeep, including security patches and software updates.
- Backups, SSL certificates, and hosting management.
- Performance tuning when sites or apps start to slow down.
- Diagnosing problems and explaining what's wrong before recommending a fix.

Initial review
I review what you have, what it's running on, and what level of ongoing care it needs. No charge for this.

Choose an arrangement
Either pay-as-you-go (billed only for work done, no monthly fee) or a monthly retainer for predictable costs and active monitoring.

Clear response times
Urgent issues (anything affecting your operation) get same-day attention. Everything else gets a clear ETA.

Monthly summaries
For larger engagements, each month you receive a summary of work completed, upcoming tasks, and any issues you should be aware of.
Taking over from a previous developer
I'm happy to consider supporting software and websites built by other developers, though whether I can take it on depends on the system and your situation. If your previous developer has moved on, or you've inherited something that needs ongoing attention, get in touch and I can discuss whether it's a good fit.
